Merchandise Return Policy

Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days after purchase, provided they have not been worn, soiled or damaged. Returns must be in re-saleable condition including the shoe box.

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped Ground delivery, most orders are received in 4-6 business days. Orders must be received by 8:00 AM (Pacific Time) for same day shipping.

PO Box’s:
Most of our venders will not ship to a PO Box. Please allow and extra 7-8 business days to receive your items.

We will be using our inventory as well as our vendors to fill web orders. Most of our vendors will drop ship the item to you. When you receive your item(s) you may find a packing slip created by our vendor. Our vendors will not include our exchange or return information.
