Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days after purchase, provided they have not been worn, soiled or damaged. Returns must be in re-saleable condition including the shoe box. All returning items are at the customer's expense.
If you are exchanging, we will ship the new item again for FREE.
All unworn and defective returns must be mailed back to the address below. Failure to follow these instructions will delay the exchange and refund process.

How your order will be shipped:
If you have ordered more then one item you WILL most likely be receiving multiple shipments and you will be receiving them at different times.
We will be using our inventory as well as our vendors to fill web orders. Most of our vendors will drop ship the item to you. When you receive your item(s) you may find a packing slip created by our vendor. Our vendor will not include our exchange or return information. It is important to follow our return policy. This will insure a prompt exchange or credit.
We will be e-mailing or phone calling customers if there are any issues with your order.
All paper work will be shredded after 180 days. |
