Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order will be available to view 24 hours after your order has been placed. Simply click on the “My Account” link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From thee you will be able to view information about your order.

Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A: It’s easy, just return them to the address below. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: Most (FREE SHIPPING) order will ship within 24-48 hours: The average direct shipment from our drop ship company to our customer is between 5-9 working days. Some of our shoe Companies (New Balance, Dunham and Propet) do not ship directly to our customers.

New Balance and Dunham take an extra 6-7 working days before they will ship. Propet takes an extra 2-4 working days before they will ship.

Q: can I expedite my shipping?
A: Yes, you can choose from the different shipping methods at check out. We will call you or e-mail you if there is an issue with your order. You can also call us TOLL FREE 1-866-378-4174 and we would be happy to check availability on the items you are interest in for expedited shipping.

Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money orders and Cashier Checks. (On Money orders and Cashier Check please call us TOLL FREE 1-866-347-4174 on product availability before having you Money Order or Cashiers Check made out).

Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: We ship to all US States and Territories and Canada. We do not ship to other international locations at this time.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
A: All (STANDARD)orders shipped to a destination within the United States or its territories, or to APO or FPO addresses are shipped FREE of Charges. Shipping applies to orders shipped to Canada or any expedited shipments.

Q: What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
A: There are no return shipping charges for orders originally shipped to a destination within the United States or its territories, or an APO or FPO address. Return shipping charges apply to orders returned from Canada.

Q: When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
A: Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card.

Q: I want to know if you carry a specific brand/ color/ size/ width?
A: Click the search button and you will be taken to a page where you can enter multiple search criteria and you will be shown a list of all items on the site that meet this criteria.

Q: Do you do back orders?
A: Justwideshoes.com will notify you if there is a back order. We will give you the time frame when the item will ship or ask if you would like to replace the item with something else.

Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: Currently, we have a ‘virtual’ catalog. Our entire product line is online; we do not have a physical catalog.

Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A: Sales tax will be added to orders being sent to Washington. Shipment to Washington is subject to an 8.6% sales tax.

Q: How do I know my shoe size?
A: If you are unsure of your shoe size, take a ruler and measure your length and width we will take this measurement and put them into our measuring device. Remember the foot is a three-dimensional figure it is extremely hard to measure the thickness of a foot. The Manufacturers do not include this measurement in their sizing process.
